Per-firearm intake — serial, make/model and photographs — recorded under a signed storage agreement. Nothing enters custody undocumented.

02 · Custody

Held & compliant

Secured in safes within a hardened, fenced, gated, 24/7-monitored unit. RCMP Request for Alternate Storage handled by class; Authorizations to Transport coordinated.

03 · Return

Signed back out

Signature-required release to an authorized recipient — closing a clear, auditable record from receipt to return.

Capacity

Scaled to the contract. For larger requirements we build dedicated hardened capacity to specification, on a defined lead time agreed up front.

Transport

Coordinated transfer via Canada Post under Authorization to Transport, or arranged transport. We generate labels and manage receiving and returning.
